Organizing and productivity expert Helene Segura helps people get control of their stressful living and working spaces by teaching clients how to understand their core issues causing disorganization and thereby prevent it in the future. She is a Certified Professional Organizer who has provided coaching for clients as varied as authors, physicians, artists, students, teachers, domestic engineers and business owners. Helene also conducts informative organizing workshops for larger groups such as non-profits, schools and businesses, and serves on the trailblazing team providing organizing help online at The Clutter Diet. She has been a featured organizing expert in publications such as Woman's Day Magazine, as well as on Fox, CBS, and NBC affiliates. Helene is the author of Less Stress for Teachers: More Time & An Organized Classroom and R.O.A.D. M.A.P. to Get Organized: Discover Your Thinking, Learning and Working Styles to Get Your Life Back on Track. 

Helene earned her Bachelors degree at Texas A&M University and her Masters degree at the University of Texas at San Antonio. She was one of the first professional organizers in South Texas to earn the prestigious CPO® designation. She holds teacher and mid-management certifications from the state of Texas and has earned Who's Who Among America's Teachers and Teacher of the Year honors. Helene is a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO) and its local chapter, NAPO-San Antonio, for which she was one of the founding members as Director of Communications and Technology. She is on the Steering Committee of and a National Trainer for NAPO's Quantum Leap program through which she volunteers at local non-profits.  Helene serves on the Board of Directors for WELEAD, the local chapter of the National Association for Female Executives (NAFE). She is also the Director of Communications for the international Board of Certification for Professional Organizers.

Michele Bussone is the President and Senior Consultant of Alpha Quadrant, Inc.

Alpha Quadrant, Inc. has been providing premier services in the San Antonio area for over 10 years. The firm has special expertise in accounting, business certification services and how to market these certifications, business plan and/or loan plan development/packaging. Alpha Quadrant has been featured in the San Antonio Express News and the San Antonio Business Journal.

Michele has an extensive background in business administration and senior management. She has guest lectured for UTSA, San Antonio Small Business Development Center, the Small Business Administration, the Black Business Expo, the Women's Business Council and the Society of Women Accountants. Michele is an advocate for women impacting public policy.

Ashley Kinney

Ashley Kinney is the Private Events Coordinator, Marketing Manager, and what many would refer to as the “face” of Kirby’s San Antonio. Ms. Kinney has been working with the public since she was a young child, growing up in her parent’s chain of retail stores. “I’ve always had an interest in business, retail, and marketing” says Ms. Kinney.

At the young age of 18 Ashley began working at Outback Steakhouse, her first restaurant job. During her time at Outback Ashley held a position as a hostess, bartender, server, administrator, and a manager.

In May of 2004 Ms. Kinney started with Kirby’s Prime Steakhouse and helped open their new location in The Woodlands, TX.

Ms. Kinney started off as hostess and eventually became more involved as an office administrator with her eyes set on creating a Marketing/PR position for The Woodlands.

After only a few short months in training Ms. Kinney began developing a unique position of working as the liaison between the restaurant and the community in which she lived and worked. Understanding the value of establishing relationships Ms. Kinney visited surrounding businesses, hotels, hospitals, chamber events, and wide variety of other groups & organizations.

In late 2008 Ashley moved to San Antonio and created the same position she so wonderfully created in The Woodlands. Since then Ashley has helped train new PR Managers throughout the company, helped develop and execute a Catering Program in San Antonio and frequently travels to DFW to help market Kirby’s Prime Steakhouse in Southlake and Woodfire by Kirby’s in Dallas.
