Check-In Procedures:

1. There will be two entry lines - one for pre-payment via PayPal and one for payment by cash/check at the door.

2. Pre-printed name badges for members will be available inside the room, after checking in.

Parking:

There is parking available directly in front of Flemings in their main parking lot. There is additional parking in the adjacent lot just west and south - in back of the movie theater and south of the southern most smoke stack.
